Look up there

You might be able to see it still
through the window,
speckled with small rain, dusty
from summer, net curtained.
You need to look up there
where the top parts of trees
are their quivering, unsure essence,
where sky cradles clouds, if any.
Or it might be gone.
Or not have been.
Still, you need to look up there,
intent
on discovery.
